Admov Academy is a premium AI education platform offering video courses, prompt libraries, certificates of completion, and community features focused on AI advertising, automation, vibe coding, and business systems.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, prompts, designs, and materials on Admov Academy are the exclusive property of Admov or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to share your account credentials, scrape or copy course content, use the platform for unlawful purposes, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent any access controls or DRM protections.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Admov Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes from completing any course.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Admov Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
