Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Admov Academy experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available.
1. Digital Content Policy
Because Admov Academy delivers digital content that is immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are generally final. This is standard practice for digital education platforms worldwide.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your first subscription purchase and have completed less than 20% of any course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.
4. Course Purchases
Individual course purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days if you have not accessed more than 2 lessons. Once significant course content has been consumed, refunds are not available.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, accounts that have downloaded or exported certificates, or requests made after the applicable refund window has closed.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email refunds@admov.com with your account email and order details. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
